President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Muhammet Khydyrov to arrange the required work in a brief period of time to eliminate the shortcomings made while observing the traffic rules.
During today's meeting of the State Security Council the relevant instructions were given, the Watan News Program of the Turkmen Television reported.
In order to further strengthen road safety, the Minister of Adalat (Justice) was instructed to review draft legislative acts to be improved from a legal point of view and submit proposals.
