Ashgabat factory Erteki extended the range with the new type of ice cream with crème brulee taste. The favorite delicacy of many is produced under the brand Berkarar in a sandwich form, made of ice cream between two waffles.
As the representative of the Erteki factory noted during the presentation of the novelty at the UIET-2022 exhibition, preservatives and artificial dyes are not used in production, the products meet international quality standards and are environmentally friendly.
“The main advantage in the production of our ice-cream is the use of only fresh whole cow milk and natural butter of local production”, - explained to the Turkmenportal correspondent.
The Erteki fabric for the production of ice cream and curdled cheeses started operations in 2002, and currently occupies a leading position in the market of Turkmenistan.
