Turkmenbashi city is preparing to solemn opening of a multifield hospital with 400 beds. The Head of Balkan velayat Administration, Tangryguly Atahallyev, reported about it to the President of Turkmenistan on the working meeting via digital system, the information program “Vatan” of Turkmen television reported.

Highlighting the importance of the high quality of construction of the object of various facilities on the territory of velayat and their timely commissioning, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to provide a decent standard of planned for the near future opening ceremony of a new multifield hospital in Turkmenbashi.

The seven – store multifield hospital, which is constructed on the bank of the Caspian Sea by the individual enterprise “Ussat injener”, will supplement the list of the local medical institutions. There will be operational work on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.

On the ground floor of the hospital there will be a reception department, an ambulance department, physiotherapy, dentistry, hemodialysis, chemotherapy rooms, where appropriate medical services will be provided.

Here, also, departments of pediatrics, gynecology, neurotraumatology, surgery, urology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, etc. are provided. The maternity department and a conference hall with 200 seats will be provided in the hospital. The new medical complex is planned to be fully equipped with advanced equipment in accordance with high international standards.

There is also a separate block where a two-store building with centralized laboratory, department of functional diagnostics and radiology and a blood bank is located.

In November of the last year, the new building of an infectious diseases’ hospital, equipped in accordance with international standards, was put into operation in the western region of the country in the city of Turkmenbashi. And in the Mahtumkuli etrap, the modern infrastructure of the healthcare sector has been replenished with a hospital designed for 50 inpatient and 30 outpatient beds, a maternity department and a conference hall with 200 seats. The new medical complex is planned to be fully equipped with advanced equipment in accordance with high international standards.
