From July 14 to 28, 2025, students from Myrat Garryyew State Medical University of Turkmenistan are participating in the vocational practice of the Medical Alliance of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), held at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the People’s Republic of China.
This opportunity became possible as a result of the active Cooperation Agreement between the two universities, signed to strengthen international academic collaboration. The agreement provides for joint educational programs, scientific research, and student exchange.
The summer vocational training program includes lectures by leading professors, practical classes in acupuncture, tuina, and phytotherapy, as well as internships in the clinics of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In addition, cultural events are organized to introduce participants to the traditions and history of Chinese medicine.
