The Turkmen students took part in the Novruz celebration at the Belarusian State University. Students from Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Turkey and the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of the administration of BSU and other higher educational institutions of Belarus, took part in the celebration. The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Minsk reports it.
The program of the festive festival included an exhibition of national attributes, works of art and literature, in addition, master classes in national dances and a festive concert with racy music were organized.
Also, as part of the celebration, an exhibition of national Turkmen, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Tajik, Kazakh, Iranian and Turkish dishes was held, which could be tasted right on the spot.
The Novruz holiday has been celebrated annually at BSU since 2015. Students of other Belarusian universities traditionally take part in the celebration.
