The first pizza machines appeared in the Moscow metro - pizza machines. The pilot project was launched in the underpass near the “Pushkinskaya” metro station in Moscow and in bus station building near the “Salaryevo” metro station, mir24 reports with reference to the press service of the city's Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. As the newspaper notes, pizza machines do not warm up, but prepare pizza.
So, inside the apparatus, flour is mixed with water, after which the resulting dough is pressed and baked together with the filling. Pizza is cooked in a special infrared oven at a temperature of 380 degrees. The finished product is packed in a special box, which the buyer can take with him.
