On its website, the Embassy of Italy in Ashgabat announced the opening of a scholarship from Erasmus Mundus Master in the Master's area of study "Quaternary and Prehistory" for the academic year 2022/2023.
Fifteen (15) full scholarships for students from European and non-European countries are distributed as follows:
- 1 scholarship each for students from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan;
- 2 scholarships for Western Balkans students;
- 2 scholarships for students from countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal;
- 1 scholarship for students from Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay;
- 1 scholarship for students from South Africa;
- 1 scholarship for students from the Persian Gulf countries - Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
The program cooperates with the following educational institutions: Università degli Studi di Ferrara (Italy), National Museum of Natural History (Paris, France), Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona (Spain) and Instituto Politécnico de Tomar (Portugal).
