At today's meeting of the Government, the President of Turkmenistan approved the proposal of Deputy Prime Minister Serdar Berdimuhamedov to conclude a Memorandum of Understanding and financial conditions between the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs and the Asian Development Bank, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
It was noted that the document will stipulate the conditions for financing small and medium-sized business projects. Export-oriented projects of Turkmen entrepreneurs proposed for financing will be analyzed by the relevant State Commission in accordance with the established procedure.
Berdimuhamedov noted that special attention is paid to the creation of multifaceted import-substituting and export-oriented industries in the country with the participation of Turkmen companies and enterprises and instructed to continue work in this direction.
