The President of Turkmenistan ordered the creation of an International Commercial Arbitration Center. The relevant instructions were given today to the Minister of Justice Begmyrat Mukhamedov during a working meeting.
The International Commercial Arbitration Center will be created at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan to form non-governmental international commercial arbitration courts in order to attract domestic and foreign investors, based on world practice, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
