An updated procedure for crossing the Russian border provides for the entry of all foreign students, regardless of the resumption of air links with these countries, provided availability of educational infrastructure organizations.
Prior to this decision, students from countries with which Russia has regular air traffic could enter Russia.
Recall that regular flights between Turkmenistan and Russia were suspended in March 2020.
