MUGNiR holds contests for student youth dedicated to Ashgabat

Two creative contests dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat were organized among students by the International University for Humanities and Development with the support of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports.

One of them is an essay competition about Ashgabat. Acceptance of works has already been completed, and an authoritative jury will have to determine the authors of the best of them. According to the terms of the competition, essays must be short in form (500-700 words) and succinct in content. Among the evaluation criteria are the originality of the artistic conception, the depth of the theme's disclosure. The language of the essay is English.

On April 25, accepting applications for the art photography competition started. Entries will be accepted until May 5 by e-mail The photographs should reflect the multifaceted life of the capital, its spirit and beauty.

To participate in the photo competition, those who wish can register by May 1 on the official website of the university

On the eve of the City Day, which is celebrated on May 25, the winners of the competitions will be announced.
