To mark the 30th anniversary of our state's independence and 2021, which will be held in our country under the motto “Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust”, the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan is holding an “International competition of young lawyers”.This was reported today in the newspaper “Turkmenistan”.
Young lawyers under the age of 30 can participate in the competition.
Participants must submit their work to one of the following topics by emailing minjustice@online.tm by March 25, 2021 in any of the three languages: Turkmen, Russian, or English, and then compose presentation of your work and present it on March 30, 2021 via videoconference (duration of speech no more than 10 minutes).
Contest topics:
- Features of application of international legal norms in international energy projects;
- Current issues of international environmental law and modern legal solutions;
- Development of international legal capacity of international transport and transit corridors;
- Current experience and prospects of protecting the interests of the state in international arbitration courts.
The winners of the competition will be announced on March 31, 2021.
