The Russian representative office of “Turkmen Airlines”, reports that in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of passengers, all international flights of the airline will be postponed until March 31, 2021 inclusive.
Tickets are valid until December 31, 2021. Passengers canceled flights can exchange their tickets for any flight before the specified date. To do this, you need to wait for the resumption of flights and contact the place of purchase of an air ticket for its exchange. If the trip does not take place, then the passenger can apply for a refund within the same period, emphasized in the information.
