The Ministry of finance and economy of Turkmenistan offers new digital services. These services also include the approval of company name.
The name of legal entity can be approved by two ways: traditional – by handing in an application and necessary documents in corresponding registration departments and by the filling an online form.
Necessary documents for online registration:
- Application
- Passport copy
- Payment receipt
Registration department gives a certificate, approving the absence of other entity with such name on the territory of Turkmenistan.
The entity name must be a word or a phrase in Turkmen language without abbreviations.
Downloaded files must be in PDF format.
The name of the entity created with the participation of foreign states must contain the indication of statehood of its founders.
The certificate is valid for 3 months.
Based on the application registration department may extend the period of validity for 3 months more.
