Many Central Asian producers are ready to expand their market beyond the region and offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables. In this regard, the US Agency for international development (USAID) has published a directory of exporters of fruit and vegetable products in Central Asia, which aims to distribute detailed information to potential buyers around the world, the Avesta.Tj website reports with reference to the US Embassy in Dushanbe.
The directory, which includes more than 120 exporters of fruits and vegetables from Central Asian countries, contains detailed information about entrepreneurs from Turkmenistan.
The special feature of the publication is that there is a section that introduces readers to the calculation of the cost of transportation and transportation time for the delivery of fruit and vegetable products from Central Asia to key export markets.
The reference book is intended as a practical catalog for importers, distributors, retail buyers and organizers of international exhibitions.
