Italian language will be taught in the Ashgabat school №85 and TNIWL named after D. Azadi
Starting from the new academic year, the study of Italian will be included in the curriculum of secondary specialized school No. 85. Italian will also become a separate area of specialization of the D. Azadi Turkmen national Institute of world languages, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports.
At the same time, the Italian language is not a new subject for study in educational institutions of our country. More than ten years ago, it was included in the list of professional training of the Turkmen state University named after Magtumguly. Among the first graduates of this Department as part of the faculty of Romano-Germanic and Oriental languages is Maral Haljikova, who will start teaching Italian at school No. 85 this year.
As we reported earlier, a special textbook and workbook on the Italian language for grade 5 has already been released. Teachers of TSU named after Magtumguly - Maysa Nurgeldieva and Sheker Merdanova (Gulova) took part in the work on them. The textbook contains colorful illustrations and is prepared in accordance with the most modern recommendations of the teaching community of the world, which are followed today in the publishing industry: the texts are offered exclusively in Italian – without translation.
The publication contains an Italian-Turkmen dictionary consisting of 400 words.
