A military parade will be held in Ashgabat in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. This was stated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who visited the main square at the State tribune, located in the center of the Turkmen capital.
According to the state news Agency of Turkmenistan, the head of state has already ordered a responsible approach to the preparation for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, especially the military parade, as well as ensuring a high organizational level of important political events.
"We should attach great importance to the active participation of all structures of the military and law enforcement agencies in the celebrations on the occasion of the glorious dates. The anniversary military parade should reflect the achievements of our country and the Patriotic spirit of the people," Berdimuhamedov said.
The head of state noted that the festive events should also embody native national traditions in a harmonious combination with modern trends, addressing specific instructions in this regard.
Turkmenistan will celebrate its 30th anniversary of independence in 2021.
