“Turkmenpochta” has updated its website and added customer services to it

The company postal communication "Turkmenpochta" has launched an updated official website. The new site has several sections for clients.

In particular, users will be able to access the main postal services — sending letters, postcards, parcels, money transfers, online subscriptions to Newspapers and magazines, and other services. To send registered letters and parcels, the user can call a courier who will help with filling out forms and packing the shipment and will issue a receipt and track number.

The site also has a "Personal account" service, where user data is saved. You can also use the site to find post offices and view rates. In the future, it is planned to activate the function of tracking parcels by track number. Now the project of tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence by barcode is being prepared for launch. The track code is a unique postal identifier that can be used to track a parcel with accuracy to the sorting center.

The new website is available in three Languages-Turkmen, English and Russian.

The “Turkmenpochta” postal communication company started its development in April 1993. Currently, the company has set itself the task of performing its work in accordance with modern requirements. As part of the transition to the digital economy, "Turkmenpochta" company has fully completed the work on the network of post offices in the territory of Turkmenistan. A number of post offices sell railway tickets. Work is underway to expand such opportunities in velayat and etrap centers.

Currently, more than 2000 people work in the branches of the company "Turkmenpochta" in almost all corners of Turkmenistan.
