The FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2019 among youths under 18 years old started today in Ulan Bator (Mongolia), the FIBA official website reports. This is the seventh tournament with the participation of the strongest youth teams of the world, which will be held on June 7, 2019 inclusive.
The youth team of Turkmenistan was in group "B" with national teams of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Dominican Republic.
Today, the men's 3x3 basketball team of Turkmenistan lost in the first match of the group stage to the opponents from Kazakhstan - 18:20, and in the second - won against the Dominican Republic team with a score of 19:18.
On June 5, Turkmen basketball players will play with the national teams of Russia and Ukraine.
