Today, in the capital, in the neighboring fields of one Ashgabat Stadium two postponed matches of the 2nd round of the Turkmenistan football championship among the clubs of the Highest league were held.  

Ashgabat FC Kopetdag and FC Shagadam from Turkmenbashi were the first to fight. The meeting ended with a devastating 4-1 score in favor of the guests from the Balkan Region. In the first half, teams exchanged dangerous attacks. On the 9th minute after an accurate transfer from the depth of the field, the forward of FC Ahal Didar Durdyyev, processed the ball inside the penalty area and opened the scoring with a biting blow - 1:0. FC Altyn Asyr rushed to recoup, and 14 minutes after a corner serve, responded with a goal by forward Murad Yakshiyev.

After the break, the score did not change, although both teams had several scoring chances. As a result, FC Ahal and FC Altyn Asyr recorded themselves as an asset on a point. The wards of Rovshen Meredov before the 7th round, which starts on April 27, lead the standings, being 5 points ahead of the nearest pursuer FC Shagadam. FC Altyn Asyr is currently in 4th place with 8 points, with two postponed matches in reserve.
