A service that allows business owners to operate without an accountant has appeared in Turkmenistan

ES Kepilli Yollar has developed the Hasapçy web platform for entrepreneurs in Turkmenistan, which allows them to keep records, manage finances, and submit tax reports without an accountant—with a subscription starting at 250 manat per month.

Until now, most entrepreneurs in the country have kept records manually, in Excel, or using disparate tools. This complicated financial monitoring, increased the risk of errors, and wasted time preparing reports.

Hasapçy offers an alternative—a unified digital service that handles key business processes. After registration and basic data upload, the system automatically creates an entrepreneur profile and initiates accounting.

The platform integrates key functions for small businesses: income, expense, and profit accounting, warehouse and inventory management, and purchasing and sales processing. Documents—delivery notes and invoices—are generated automatically, eliminating manual entry.

A separate module handles HR tasks: employee onboarding, accounting for changes, and payroll calculations.

A key feature of the service is automatic tax reporting. The system generates semi-annual and annual reports at established rates, which the entrepreneur only needs to print and submit to the tax authorities.

"We wanted to create a tool that would free entrepreneurs from complex accounting and allow them to focus on business development," note the platform's developers.

In the future, the developers plan to expand the service's functionality and integrate it with other systems, which will allow them to automate even more processes.
