Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of the exhibition and the International Forum "Investments in the Future of Turkmenistan," dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET). The head of state's congratulatory message was published in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan."

"The investment initiatives of Turkmen entrepreneurs are becoming increasingly successful, making a significant contribution to the country's economic growth," the President's address reads.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that private sector development is a priority for the national economy. He stated that the National Program for Socioeconomic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052 places particular emphasis on public-private partnerships and the involvement of entrepreneurs in priority sectors.

The President also noted that the 2026 socioeconomic development program aims to increase the non-state sector's share of the country's GDP to 72,9%.

The head of state expressed confidence that domestic entrepreneurs will continue to actively participate in the implementation of government programs and reforms.
