The Turkmenistan U18 national hockey team completed its performance at the 27th Junior World Championship in Division III, group B, which was held in Sarajevo.

In the third-place match, the Turkmen hockey team lost to Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-1. Serdarmyrat Yollyev scored the only goal for the visiting team.

At the end of the tournament, the Turkmenistan team finished fourth and will also play in group B of the third division next season.

In the tournament final, the Thai team defeated Iceland 4-3 in overtime to secure a spot in group A of the third division.
