The WordPress platform announced the integration of artificial intelligence directly into its page builder. The new tool is capable of analyzing and editing website content in real time.

The AI assistant supports both precise and vague instructions. Users can request to make a section "more modern" or change the colors to "more vibrant"—the system will automatically interpret the request and suggest appropriate changes.

The tool's key features include layout editing (adding contact or review sections), text processing and translation, headline generation, and grammar checking. For image manipulation, the AI assistant uses Google's Nano Banana technology, allowing you to edit existing images and create new ones.

This feature is only available when using the WordPress block system. Otherwise, the tool will be unavailable. The company emphasizes that using the AI assistant remains voluntary: to activate it, go to your site's settings and enable AI-powered features in the relevant section.
