MrBeast is looking for a TikTok leader to strengthen its position on the platform

Beast Industries, owned by blogger Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, has announced the hiring of a new employee for the position of "Head of TikTok." This is confirmed by a job posting on the company's official website.

The new head will be responsible for developing MrBeast's presence strategy on the platform and "taking the account to a new level of creativity and effectiveness." His responsibilities will include building a small team, monitoring current trends, and creating content in a consistent brand style.

On YouTube, MrBeast is the world's largest content creator, with over 465 million subscribers. On TikTok, he ranks third with around 125 million subscribers, behind Khabi Lama (over 160 million) and Charli D'Amelio (over 155 million).

The interest in developing his TikTok account is driven, among other things, by business considerations: the sweets and chocolate brand Feastables recently launched on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform.

The hiring of a new specialist is part of a large-scale personnel expansion at Beast Industries: since last September, the company has brought in several top executives from TikTok, Snapchat, and NBCUniversal. Additionally, CEO Jeff Housenbold, a Silicon Valley veteran, is already on staff, allowing Donaldson to focus on content creation.

Interestingly, as early as 2025, MrBeast was seriously considering acquiring TikTok outright—at a time when the platform was facing a ban in the US. Now that TikTok has maintained operations in the country, the blogger is focusing on systematically growing its audience through professional management.
