“Arkadag” Football Club held a training session in Riyadh in preparation for the second leg of the AFC Champions League Round of 16 against “Al-Nassr”. The Turkmen team's training session took place on Monday at the Prince Abdulrahman bin Saud Stadium.

“Al-Nasr” won the first match 1-0 on February 11 in Ashgabat. To advance to the quarterfinals, “Arkadag” must win by two goals or by one goal to force the match into extra time.

“Al-Nassr” enters the match in excellent form. On Saturday, the team secured its seventh consecutive victory in the Saudi Arabian Premier League, beating “Al-Fateh” 2-0 away in the 22nd round of the Premier League. Goals were scored by Cristiano Ronaldo (18th minute) and Ayman Yahya (78th minute).

“Al-Nassr” is second in the national league standings with 52 points from 21 matches. The Riyadh club's last defeat came on January 12, away to “Al-Hilal”. The team's winning streak currently stands at eight matches.

The AFC Champions League 2 match between “Arkadag” and “Al-Nassr” will be held in Riyadh on February 18. The match kicks off at 23:15 Ashgabat time.
