Turkmen company Ak Bulut, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, announced the launch of its innovative Boardline facade panels in the Georgian market, emphasizing the global trend of sustainable construction. This move not only expands its export geography but also introduces new standards for environmentally friendly and safe building finishes in the Caucasus, combining natural materials with advanced technologies.
Boardline panels, based on pure natural gypsum, are bringing this breathable material back into fashion, regulating indoor humidity without releasing toxins. As noted by Ak Bulut's production department, in 2026, the focus is on façades that harmonize with nature: "We are proving that aesthetics and safety can go hand in hand without compromising the environment."
For Georgia, where large-scale projects are rapidly developing, fire resistance and moisture protection are key. A certificate from the International Science and Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan confirms that Boardline meets Class A1 fire safety standards—a completely non-combustible material, ideal for high-rise buildings and public facilities. Environmental class E1 guarantees the absence of harmful substances, and the orange fiberglass reinforcement repels water, preventing mold in subtropical climates.
Developers will also appreciate its practicality: lightweight panels reduce structural loads, increasing seismic resistance, and their precise geometry speeds up installation by 1.5 to 2 times. The smooth surface simplifies finishing, saving time and resources.

This export is the culmination of a decade of innovation at Ak Bulut, where Turkmen developments now compete with global leaders. Boardline is becoming a symbol of investment in durability and a green future for construction.
