Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Moscow, Esen Aidogdyev, participated in high-level consultations in the Central Asia-Russia format, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The consultations focused on the implementation of the Central Asia-Russia Joint Action Plan for 2025-2027.
In his speech, the head of the Turkmen delegation noted the importance of the practical implementation of the initiatives announced by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the second summit of the heads of state of Central Asia and the Russian Federation in October 2025 in Dushanbe.
Aydogdyev emphasized Turkmenistan's support for ideas and proposals aimed at strengthening stability, trust, and mutually beneficial cooperation, taking into account the importance of their practical focus, equality, and the national interests of the participants.
The parties discussed possible ways to implement the results of the second summit of the heads of state of Central Asia and the Russian Federation, including through consultations between relevant ministries and other government organizations of the six states.
