The poultry complex, operating under the name of the business entity "Ýaşyl ýaz" as part of the company "Täze aý," was commissioned in March 2021. The production facility is located in the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary province and covers an area of 11 hectares, making it one of the company's key divisions.

Today, the farm demonstrates stable production figures, with annual output of up to 1 000 tons of poultry meat and approximately 8 million eggs. The total flock size is approximately 91 000 birds of various ages. Proven breeds adapted to Turkmenistan's climate are used in production: Lohman and LS-class egg-laying hens, Ross 308 and Cobb 500 meat crosses, as well as parent stock from these same lines.

Poultry housing and feeding are fully automated: the poultry houses and storage facilities are equipped with modern equipment. Feed is produced from crops grown in the company's own fields and prepared in its own feed mill, allowing for quality control at every stage.

The farm fully complies with sanitary and veterinary requirements. Production is under constant supervision of the district veterinary service. The company cooperates with the State Service for Sanitary Control and Disease Prevention of the Mary velayat to ensure product quality and safety; all necessary permits and certificates have been obtained. The products are Halal certified.

Quality control is maintained at all stages—from poultry farming to finished product release—by specialized specialists and lab technicians at the poultry farm. The farm employs 87 qualified staff members, who enjoy all the necessary working conditions. Professional development is ensured through regular training sessions with experienced mentors.

The poultry farm's products are sold at markets and retail outlets, and are also used to supply the company's own processing units, primarily in the meat and meat product segment.

In the future, Täze aý plans to expand its poultry farming complex by increasing the number of poultry houses, which will increase production volumes and strengthen the company's position in the domestic market.
