The value of “Arkadag” Football Club has increased from 2,88 million to 3,05 million euros following the transfer of midfielder Meylis Diniev, according to Transfermarkt.
Last season, 25-year-old Diniev played for Kyrgyzaltyn Karabalta in Kyrgyzstan, making 12 appearances and scoring two goals. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 150 thousand euros.
Earlier in his career, Diniev also played for “Ahal” and “Kopetdag”. He played six matches for the Turkmenistan national team, scoring one goal against Chinese Taipei last November.
At the end of 2025, “Arkadag”, under head coach Vladimir Bayramov, became Turkmenistan champions for the third consecutive year and won the National Cup. In May, the team also won the 2024/25 AFC Challenge League Cup, defeating Cambodia's “Preah Khan Rich Svay Rieng” FC 2-1 in the final. In September, Bayramov's team won the Turkmenistan Super Cup, after which they advanced to the Round of 16 of the second-tier Asian Champions League for the first time in their history.
In the AFC Champions League Round of 16, “Arkadag” will face Saudi Arabia's “Al-Nassr”, whose squad features a number of world stars, including Cristiano Ronaldo. The matches will take place on February 11 and 18.
