N. Bayriev, a fourth-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, won the XXIII International Research Competition "Best Scientific Work - 2025."

According to TSU, the competition was organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in Science and Education in the Russian city of Penza.

The Turkmen participant presented his work online. His legal research paper, "The Legal Foundations of National Security in Turkmenistan and the Specifics of Ensuring It," was highly commended by the jury. Following the competition, N. Bayriev was awarded the second-place prize.

N. Bayryev’s academic supervisor is O. Sukhanberdieva, senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and candidate of legal sciences.
