Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing and dismissing prosecutors. The corresponding document was published on the State News Agency of Turkmenistan website.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan," the head of state decreed:

Appoint Junior Justice Advisor Didar Suhanberdievich Orazov as Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat;

Appoint Junior Justice Advisor Shukur Bairamdurdyevich Annalyev as Prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Mary Etrap of the Mary velayat;

Appoint second-class lawyer Begnazar Nazarovich Kadjarov as Mary Prosecutor for the Supervision of Law Enforcement in Correctional Institutions;

Remove Junior Justice Advisor Kakajan Kanalovich Amanmyradov from his position as Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term;

To dismiss Junior Justice Advisor Annabaev Hangeldi Amangeldievich from the post of Mary Prosecutor for Supervision of Law Enforcement in Correctional Institutions due to the expiration of his term of office.

A separate decree of the President of Turkmenistan made several appointments to the positions of district prosecutors:

Second-class lawyer Maksat Amannazarovich Kurbannazarov has been appointed prosecutor of the Altyn Asyr district in the Ahal velayat;

lawyer 2nd class Tuvakov Shohrat Annabaevich was appointed prosecutor of the Garashsyzlyk etrap of Dashoguz velayat;

2nd class lawyer Berdimyradov Yusupmyrat Ashyrmyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the Gubadag etrap of Dashoguz velayat;

Second-class lawyer Shirguly Bashimkulyevich Shirkulyev has been appointed prosecutor of the Dovletli etrap in the Lebap velayat;

Second-class lawyer Arslan Torayevich Ananov has been appointed prosecutor of the Farap etrap in the Lebap velayat;

2nd class lawyer Merdan Shohradovich Nazarov was appointed prosecutor of the Garabekevul etrap of Lebap velayat;

2nd class lawyer Hydyrov Batyr Seitgulyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat;

First-class lawyer Charyberdiev Myratgeldi Kakageldievich has been appointed prosecutor of the Oguzhan etrap in the Mary velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Myratasyl Myratgeldievich Myratgeldiyev has been relieved of his post as deputy prosecutor of the Lebap velayat due to the expiration of his term.
