On December 2, the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater hosted a children's concert dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

According to newscentralasia.net, the concert was a sellout.
Young vocalists, instrumentalists, and dance groups performed on stage. The concert program included Turkmen classical music, music from foreign cartoons, and films.

The concert featured patriotic works by Turkmen composers: a fragment from R. Nepesov's symphony "Neutrality," the song "Neutrality - Peace" (music by N. Atayev, lyrics by A. Muldyeva), and "My Independent Neutral Turkmenistan" (music by A. Yazmuhammedov, lyrics by G. Garayeva). The audience greeted each performance with a standing ovation.

At the end, the dancers, accompanied by the combined symphony orchestra of the Ashgabat and Arkadag music schools, performed a medley of folk dances from Russia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. The finale featured a brilliant performance of the Turkmen national dance, "kushtdepdi." The audience erupted in applause.
