On November 21, the King Sejong Korean Center in Ashgabat held a master class on making the traditional Korean sweet, dalgona. Students from the center participated in the event.

During the class, participants learned about the history of dalgona and the traditions associated with this delicacy, which has gained popularity beyond Korea. After the theoretical part, the students moved on to practical preparation: under the instructor's guidance, they melted sugar, added baking soda, and created patterns using molds.

Participants in the masterclass had the opportunity to try various methods of making caramel candy and taste their creations. The class allowed the students to gain a closer understanding of aspects of Korean culture through culinary practice.
