Within the framework of the official visit of the Turkmen delegation to France on November 18, they visited the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris. The guests were greeted by the head of the Center for Language and Culture, the head of the library, the diplomatic adviser to the president of the Institut du Monde Arabe, and representatives of the administration.
The delegation was introduced to the Institute's activities as one of France's leading cultural centers promoting the Arabic language, literature, and art. Members of the Turkmen delegation learned about its educational programs, visited Europe's largest library of Arabic-language literature, and viewed the current exhibition of contemporary Arab art.

During the visit, the Turkmen side presented the Institute with rare copies of works by the classic Turkmen literary figure Magtymguly Pyragy, translated into Arabic. The gift was received with gratitude and recognized as an important contribution to cultural exchange between Turkmenistan and France.
The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation in the fields of culture and education, including joint projects and exchange events.
