Today, in Ashgabat, in the gym of Comprehensive School No. 18, an event entitled "In the Name of Chinese-Turkmen Friendship - Together for the Future" was held. The event was attended by the Ambassador and representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of the “Yenme” and “Disability Support Center” public organizations, children with special needs, and people with disabilities.
Ambassador Ji Shumin addressed the participants. He highlighted key stages in the development of Turkmen-Chinese cooperation, highlighting key achievements. Specifically, he noted:
"The governments of China and Turkmenistan are committed to human development-oriented policies and place great importance on groups in need of support. This is crucial for charitable work in our countries, for every family and individual."
For many years, the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan has been actively involved in charitable activities and is ready to provide further assistance, the diplomat noted.

Following the presentation of gifts—ping-pong tables, stuffed animals, souvenirs, and certificates—the Ambassador and diplomats, along with children with special needs and volunteers, played ping-pong, where everyone demonstrated their skill with a tennis ball.

As representatives of the public organizations “Yenme” and the “Disability Support Center” told Turkmenportal, this event is not simply a diplomatic occasion, but a manifestation of sincere friendship and support, a symbol of mutual respect and care between the peoples of China and Turkmenistan.

The event, "In the Name of Chinese-Turkmen Friendship – Together for the Future," brought together people bound by a common goal: to make the world a warmer, kinder, and closer place, because friendship between peoples begins with simple human values that bring people together.
