Gundogdy Atakov, founder of the “Ak Bulut” business company, presented a report at the International Conference "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET 2025), held in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone. In his speech, he outlined the company's achievements, the first in the country to establish production of suspended ceilings and profile systems, and outlined plans to expand production capacity.

Over its decade of operation, “Ak Bulut” has accumulated significant experience and expanded its product range. Currently, the company produces various types of vinyl-coated gypsum ceilings, acoustic and aluminum suspended ceilings, profiles, and installation accessories. The company's annual production capacity is 4 000 000 m² of suspended ceilings, 7 000 tons of galvanized metal profiles, 4 000 000 m² of drywall, and 50 000 tons of dry construction mixes.
In his speech, Gundogdy Atakov emphasized that one of the company's key activities is the use of local raw materials in production. Using scientific methods and environmentally friendly local raw materials, “Ak Bulut” is launching new production lines and expanding existing capacities.
The speaker noted that the establishment of the joint venture "Türkmen gips" in 2024, with equity participation from the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan and "Ak Bulut," marked a significant milestone in the company's development. The groundbreaking ceremony for the plant, which will produce 20 000 000 m² of gypsum boards and 250 000 tons of dry construction mixes per year from local raw materials, was recently held. Construction work at this large production facility is currently proceeding at an accelerated pace.

Along with the presentation, “Ak Bulut” presented its booth at the CIET 2025 exhibition, showcasing a wide range of building materials in demand both domestically and internationally. Visitors can view the company's suspended ceilings, plasterboard, profile systems, and building accessories.
Gundogdy Atakov's report focused on the company's export activities. “Ak Bulut” actively exports its products to countries in Central Asia and the Caucasus. “Ak Bulut” branded gypsum boards, dry construction mixes, suspended gypsum board and metal ceilings, and profile systems are exported to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, and Türkiye, reinforcing the recognition of Turkmenistan's manufacturing potential in the international market.
