The international forum was organized by the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN Office at Geneva jointly with the Geneva Center for Neutrality (GCN) and the Greater Caspian Association (GCA).
The event, attended by over 300 delegates, took place at UN Headquarters in Geneva, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The forum provided a large-scale platform for discussing neutrality as a strategic approach in the face of today's global challenges. Its program consisted of three sessions: "Neutrality in the Modern World – Diplomatic Approaches to Maintaining Stability and Trust," "The Economic Dimension of Neutrality – Its Role in Shaping the Investment Climate," and "Neutrality and Technology – Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Security."
The Director-General of the UN Office at Geneva, Tatyana Valovaya, served as the forum's keynote speaker, the source notes.
