On Friday, October 17, trading took place on the external and internal markets at the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange reports.
Kyrgyz entrepreneurs purchased textiles from Turkmen manufacturers on the international market. The goods included plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, including towels and bath sheets, as well as dyed heavy flannel.
In the domestic market, local entrepreneurs signed contracts with the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan. The deals involved cotton products: carded single yarn produced on rotor spinning machines for weaving, weaving yarn, and Ring KD brand yarn. Eight deals were concluded during the trading session.
The total amount of contracts was 350 581,50 USD and 12 868 200,00 manat.
