The sausage factory of the "Täze aý" company, located on the territory of the "Täze oba" farmer association in the Mary etrap in the Mary velayat, produces 45 tons of meat products daily. Currently, the company specializes in the production of over 102 types of sausages and meat delicacies.
The production association under the "Täze aý" brand pays special attention to every stage of production—from animal rearing to finished product release. Strict quality control is maintained at the company's own farms, from the raising and fattening of the livestock to the final product. After passing a veterinary inspection, the animals are transported to a specialized refrigeration facility equipped with modern equipment, where the meat is processed and prepared for further use in all production facilities. This comprehensive approach allows Täze aý to guarantee the safety, high quality, and excellent taste of its products.

The workshop's assortment includes a wide range of products: cooked sausages (28 types, including Adalat, Ösüş, Hakykat, Guşluk, Nurly), semi-smoked sausages (29 types, including Şamçyrag, Oguz, Mesgen), kabanos-type sausages "Meat STIX" made from beef and chicken, as well as various types of smoked and cooked meat products.

A specialty of the company's production line is its semi-finished products—BERHIZ cutlets and 13 varieties of dumplings, including "Ertirlik," "Isleg," and "Çynar." The company also produces three types of sausages ("Altyn aý," "Şapak," and "Bathyz") and "Täze aý peýnirli," a semi-smoked sausage with cheese that is Halal-certified.
