A young powerlifting couple from Turkmenistan successfully competed at the World Championships in Cairo

Turkmen athlete Muhammet Khodjaev successfully competed at the World Youth Para-Powerlifting Championships in Cairo, Egypt.

He took second place in the 54 kg weight class, posting an excellent result and finishing with a 95 kg lift.

This achievement was a significant success for the young Turkmen athlete.

As a reminder, the World Championships in Cairo are taking place from October 11 to 18.

The Turkmenistan national team is represented by eight athletes.
