Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has authorized the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to enter into a contract with ES “Şadyýan Gurluşyk” for the design and construction of a 400-bed Maternal and Child Health Center in Dashoguz, including landscaping of the surrounding area, provision of modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, and specialized personnel training, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
The document stipulates that construction work will begin in October 2025 and that the Maternal and Child Health Center will be fully operational in October 2028.
The document was signed "for the purpose of further developing the domestic healthcare system and strengthening its material and technical base, protecting the health of mothers and children, and providing them with specialized medical and preventive care using advanced technologies and the latest advances in medical science."
