On October 8, a meeting was held between the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Mashhad) Guvanchmyrat Atayev and the head of the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran in Mashhad, Ahmet Masumifar.
During the meeting, G. Atayev, in his capacity as Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Mashhad), presented a copy of the consular patent to the head of the mission, A. Masumifar.
The parties noted that, thanks to the tireless efforts of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries continues to develop, and the pace of growth of relations is accelerating.
Also, during the meeting, issues related to trade, economic, transport and communications cooperation, as well as interaction in the fields of science, education and healthcare between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran were discussed.
