Two students from the International University of Humanities and Development, Novruz Allanazarov and Aibolek Atayeva, have been sent to Japan to continue their studies as part of a year-long student exchange program.
This exchange took place within the framework of the fruitful cooperation between the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and the International University for Humanities and Development, according to the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
The exchange program is a remarkable achievement of the Turkmen university's work in international cooperation and serves to strengthen friendship, mutual understanding, and cultural ties between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Japan. The program provides students with ample opportunities to gain international experience, advance their education, and represent their country on the global stage.
Since the launch of the student exchange program at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, 11 students from the University of Humanities and Rural Development have studied.
One student from Japan also studied at a Turkmen university under this program.
Established in 2016 at the University of Humanities and R&D, the Global Japan Office plays a vital role in fostering cooperation. It supports Japanese language instruction at the university and makes a significant contribution to the development of educational ties between the two friendly countries.
