Alsu Rafikov from Turkmenistan became the winner of the “Tatars Kyzy-2025” international beauty contest, whose final was held in Orenburg. The 25-year-old beauty works as a chemistry teacher at school No. 7 of the city of Dashoguz.

About 30 girls from different regions of the country and the world became participants in the competition, and 12 beauties from Turkmenistan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, Moscow, Orenburg, Penza, Tyumen regions, as well as from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye reached the final.

According to the Russian media, for a week the contestants lived in Kazan: they took the lessons of singing, choreography, oratory, and also met with famous women of Tatarstan.

According to the results of the competition, the victory went to Alsu Rafikova from Turkmenistan. The girl was awarded the crossing crown, the traditional Tatar jewelry of Khaisit and the Lada Grand car.

- The family for the Tatar people is the basis of life, the source of mental warmth and education. The family first forms the spiritual world of man, the first habits, native language, customs are absorbed. Our family has preserved all this,” said Alsu Rafikov. “And speaking of the competition, I think that all the finalists are worthy of the honorary title“ Tatars Kyzy -2025 ”, because they are all extremely talented, beautiful and sociable,” she said.

The competition is held by the World Congress of the Tatars and the Directorate of “Tatar Kyzy” with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project was launched in 2011 in Chelyabinsk.

The main goal of the project is the revival, preservation and development of national culture, traditions and language of the Tatar people, the transfer of spiritual heritage to representatives of the young generation.
