Today, the season of entrance examinations to higher educational institutions and secondary vocational educational institutions of pedagogical, medical and cultural profiles has started in Turkmenistan.
Entrance exams are held directly in the buildings of universities and vocational schools.
According to the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, in the 2025-2026 academic year, it is planned to admit 16 782 people to higher educational institutions of the country, and 10 879 people to secondary vocational educational institutions.
As previously reported, the acceptance of documents from applicants to higher education institutions, as well as secondary vocational educational institutions in the pedagogical, medical and cultural fields, took place from July 14 to 27. At the same time, the acceptance of documents from applicants to secondary vocational educational institutions in the financial and economic fields and economic accounting will last until August 18.
