At the initiative of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Utyupin, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Minsk Nazarguly Shagulyev.
The parties discussed in detail the current state and future prospects of bilateral relations, the website of the Turkmen diplomatic mission reports.
Particular attention was paid to the schedule of upcoming visits and meetings, including at international venues. In this context, the parties discussed preparations for the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), which will be held from 4 to 8 August at the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone.
Having emphasized the similarity of positions of Turkmenistan and Belarus in promoting significant international initiatives, the parties confirmed their readiness to further deepen the constructive dialogue.
