The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has published information on its website about the places and dates for accepting documents to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2025.
According to the information provided, documents are accepted to secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan directly in the buildings of secondary vocational educational institutions, depending on their location.
Reception hours: from July 14 to August 18, 2025, including weekends, from 8:00 to 18:00 (break: from 13:00 to 14:00).
Clarification:
- In colleges of pedagogical, medical and cultural profiles - from July 14 to July 27, 2025.
- In other secondary vocational educational institutions - from July 14 to August 18, 2025.
Applications to higher education institutions in Turkmenistan are accepted in the cities of Ashgabat, Arkadag, and in the administrative centers of the velayats.
