Products for the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes) of the Turkmen company Owadan Ülke in portion packaging format attracted great interest from participants of the Turkmenistan Export Goods Exhibition in Istanbul. Products under the brands Nur, Mylaýym, Hazyna and Esmo were presented at the exhibition stand.
Of particular interest to international partners were products in the format of 10 g sachets (mayonnaise, ketchup) and 20 g and 10 g dip packs (chocolate paste, jams, spreads) intended for use in catering establishments. Representatives from Iraq, Libya, South Africa, Chad, Benin, South Korea, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt showed great interest in HoReCa products.
“Active negotiations are underway with representatives of Libya, Iraq, the UAE and Egypt on possible cooperation,” the company reported.
Owadan Ülke, which began production in 2016 in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, has become one of the leading food producers in Turkmenistan in nine years. The company preserves more than 8 tons of vegetables daily and has its own quality control laboratory.
