On February 25, the Turkmen delegation headed by the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan visited the first building and museum of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, the Ankara Fortress and the ancient town of Hamamönü in Ankara as part of the planned cultural events.

Turkmen parliamentarians also took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the Anitkabir memorial in honor of the first President of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. This was reported on the official website of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
